My story start from November 14,2012 I made an appointment for brakes my truck is a 2012 ford f150 super limited I do a lot of miles I'm a A/C technician I have my own company so I tell Chris the guy at the desk my time is value he said il bring it in right away I sat there for 3 hours into my vehicle came in I got there at 2 pm I had to be out of their like 3 o'clock it's 5 o'clock still there my truck comes in I told (Chris very rude guy warning ) no clue I told him the parts are OEM he said yes it's from ford never was so me truck got done I take the truck and when I start driving I start to smell something burning so I stop and check I see the front brake rotor blueish red I know that's not normal so I call back the store and no answer I call back the very next morning I spoke to Chris I told him again I need this check right away he said bring it down I get there,the mechanic looks his retorted really,go there for you self and find out ,to they look at it and tell me everything is fine I said dude that's not fine I know my truck again a set of pads still the same problem rotors lock up so I bring it back that Thursday this November 16 2012 2 days in this nightmare a simple brake pad replacement turn out worse then I thought so I get there at 3pm lost 2 days of work now I have a so call guy from aamco corp Tom Scotti tell me he will look into this matter i remember his name like yesterday looks phoney when I come to look who's work on my truck was him he comes out and tell me what he did and I said ok I hope this will take care the problem with my brakes

He even swear that this will fix your problem I took care of it I said ok I really don't want to get the lawyers involve he start to laugh I said I'm serious you are not going to have anymore problems that was false . I came back Monday and I said Chris you have to do right he got another guy to look at the brakes and he looks like he knew what was going on but I got the running around he told me to replace the brake hose because the calipers not retracting I said to my self he makes scents what he talking about .i said to Chris that wasn't like that before I brought my truck so the other guy that look like he knew what he was talking about convince me to buy the brake hoses I order them from ford took 3 weeks to get he said bring them we will put them on at no cost to you I did.i get there on December 27 2012 they put the brake hoses on the truck and that didn't solve the problem still locking up I said to Chris found someone who know about cars and fix my truck this guy name jesse general manager came out and look at the truck and start to work on it him self and found the brake pads was aftermarket pads not from ford i herd him say to Chris order the pads from ford .the pads came in I came back January 3.2013 and jesse put the pads on and that took care of the lock up problems with the brake rotors at lease someone knew what Thay was talking about .but I start to get a noise as I was driving a rotation noise while braking I took jesse around the block and he herd the noise and he said your rotors need resurface I said I'm going to take it to a another shop to get it check out and il bill you guy for any repairs needed to fix this noise he agree with me and said to call him if another problems arose will at lease that guy knows what he's talking about I took it to a shop and had the brakes resurface that took care of my nightmare Thank You jesse for your care please don't deal with this repair shop people take it somewhere else
