Aamco ripoff 36,000 miles is all you get for $2,400.00 even when ammco changes the fluid for ya. Thousand Oaks California
Bought a ammco trans for my ranger truck. got a leak at 23,000 miles. ammco repaired it. It took two times to fix it. Each time the fluid was changed. No problems or any sings of abnormal wear. 12,000 miles later it stoped working. ammco says sorry they will send me letter of dissatifaction and put one in file. 36,000 miles. WOW, i wont go back!

My first knowledge of this problem was the fax I received from Ripoff reports. I looked into my records and the only Bruce with a Ranger we've worked on was in 2003 and had a address in Oxnard.
We honor all warranties unless the warranty was violated insome way. If Bruce is willing to contact me directly and supply me with his Repair Order (RO) # I'd be glad to discuss it further.
It's easy to make an attack with vague facts but as you are aware (since you provide this space) there are two sides to any story.
