Aamco, Tim Ferguson, crappy work, broke down 5 hrs from home Harrisonburg Virginia
I had transmission done at aamco, got approx. 25,000 mi. I had car in to them 3 or 4 times during warranty & they said nothing was wrong.
On my trip to Ocean City, Md.for my anniversary on my way home trans. went out again. Tim is selling the bus.& says its out of his hands.
The new owner may work with me but not known yet. Very poor work & cust. serv. Stay away from Aamco because its really Aam- no

During the breakdown time of my car the old owner Tim Ferguson continued that he couldnt help & it was out of his hands. He also had a very poor attitude toward me because I wanted some thing done & was very passive & evasive & draged his feet.
Mark Mcdonald the new owner has taken over this business with GREAT pride ,customer service & a dedication to the people that deals with him.I am very happy with Mark , he gave me a very good price for all my hassles & never went one sent over,even after having the car back in a couple times.
I respect Mark McDonald & would reccomend him & his new business to everyone. Good luck Mark youve got what it takes to turn around the attitude that people have that Tim Ferguson Created.
