Burned up? You bet! By Aamco Transmission. After only 11,000 miles and 2,051.78 later my rebuilt transmission started to have the problem it had 16 mos earlier, I called keith at Aamco and told him about my problem. Bring it in and we'll have a look at it he said.
So, I brought my car down there on 5-02-02 for a diagnostic test- at no charge. 5-10-02 still waiting for call back so I called him. We did'nt do anything because we need an ok from customer, 92.00 for the diagnostic test.
When I gave you the brown transmission fluid you told
me "we'll get on it right away, and also no charge for
the diagnostic test" call back on Monday 5-13-02.
Finally on 5-15-02 I was told the transmission is
"Burned up" and it will cost 1,600.00 to fix.
