Complaint Review: AAMCO TRASMISSIONS / SANFORD MINTZ

It is my intent that everyone who does a search on the internet on AAMCO, chicago, finds this report so they would know the kind of "man" the owner of this particular AAMCO is. This guy is a SCAMMER hands down, he will take your money if he has a chance to it. I made the mistake of taking my car to this particular AAMCO transmissions on 2157 N. Cicero Ave, chicago, IL, on May 2006. My car sit in this garage for almost six moths, the owner SANFORD MINTZ aka ""SANDY", "SAMMY" had the audacity of charging me $2,891.00 for a transmission he never fixed. I had to call the police and get my car back, then I took my car to a different shop where they fixed my tranmission in ONE WEEK. I took this crook to small claims court, whereby I got judgement on my favor, but this SOB has paid up yet. So IT IS MY LIFE COMMITMENT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO SANFORD MINTZ IS.
