Why not use them?
-they NEVER paid me a penny after having a 2 day estate sale in Highland, IN. They also NEVER sent me one receipt. It states in my contract “the profits from the sale will be mailed seven to fourteen days after completion of the sale” Again, I received NOTHING!
- they didn’t post ANY pictures until the day before the sale. I was told pictures would be posted a week before the sale!
-I have called and emailed for 9 weeks with NO response

We where hired to do a 2 day sale for the client. After the contract was signed she proceeded to take out items from the home that where to be for sale.
As our contract states, nothing is to be removed from the property after the contract is signed. We based taking the sale on the contents of the home, so when items are taken the value of the sale goes down.
Also we where informed at the sale that there was already 2 sales at the home prior to ours.
So basically we where hired to clean the house out for her. We advertised the sale with pictures, they are available on line still, and in the newspaper.
After cleaning a home that was gone through completely and thrown about the profits from the sale did not even cover our minimum to do the sale.
In our contract it states $750.00 or 30% which ever is higher plus advertisng costs. So in total $1000.00 guarantee. This sale did not even hit $650.00 in sales for 2 days. It was a complete bust.
She was notified of that and apparently did not like the results. Basically we are still owed $350.00 for the time spent cleaning, organizing and running the sale.
As always the company is at fault not the client. We did nothing wrong. We should have walked away from the sale but we are in business to provide a service and do the best we can.
