Aaron Automotive sold me a bad car ripoff Memphis Tennessee
On 6/2/07 purchased vehicle from Aaron Automotive, was told in good condition and Tracy was driving the vehicle. We were told that the vehicle had been in no wrecks. June 4, emergency brake failed causing the vehicle to fail inspection. Aaron auto fixed brake. June 7, brake light shorted out. Also hood latch broke. Fog light burned hole in car.
Brought to Tracy at Aaron auto. Fixed hood latch, person working on car broke the fog light. Stated I could fix myself. Person working on car stated car had been in a wreck. June 8 a/c shorted out. Asked Tracy about getting the tags and title to vehicle. Aaron auto stated that they were not "ready" yet. June 10 speakers went out. June 12 door latch broke. June 20 asked again about tags and were told they would be ready by the following Monday.
Called one week later, and I was told the tags were ready, but that Aaron auto had not picked the tags up yet. Called on June 30, asked for tags, Tracy stated they were still not ready. July 2 Aaron auto stated they still had not been picked up, and provided a second set of drive-out tags. I was told to call back in the morning. Tracy stated the next day, that noon would be in for a week to pick them up.
July 13, sunroof quit working. Called Doug. Doug stated we would fix the problems with the car; call him first thing in the morning. Have not been able to reach since. Called Tracy, Tracy stated that they would fix the problems and pick up the tags, but it would be a week before he could look at the car. Called Tracy one week later, he stated the tags had not been picked up. Call back tomorrow. Called Tracy, he stated, "I don't know what to tell you about the car because I don't have to do anything about it. Ill get you your tags. Call me in a few days. Since car would not start I have gotten car to start
A week later Tracy offered to fix the car. I left the car with him I did not receive another one to drive. Three days later I got the car back he stated that the tale light and the a/c had been fixed. I found out later on that this was untrue the tale light was still
On 8/8/2007 I took my car to sears to find out why the car was not driving like it should. I was told that two of the wheals treads were coming off and would have to be replaced. After leaving sears I was pulled over for a t5ale light not working. I called Tracy at Aaron auto. He stated ''I dont care I am done fixing your car then hung the phone up.
