Complaint Review: AARON GERSHFIELD OF MEADE INVESTMENTS AND EYECARE AND BODYCARE

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 
RELEASED BY AARON GERSHFIELD 
FROM NORTHWAY HOUSE 

Aaron Gershfield has requested the following statement be released to the general public.

He has personally contacted the following newspapers and services asking them to simultaneously release this statement: The Financial Times, The Telegraph, The London Evening Standard, The Associated Press, Reuters and  The BBC. 


1.             Mr. Aaron Gershfield is a reformed character.

2.             Mr. Aaron Gershfield will return every penny he illegally obtained from US consumers with the exception                         of what was squandered on silly business ventures, a rubbish film (with apologies to his brother Jonathon),                   metal boxes on wheels for which he coined the name Tardis, the import of mountains of cheap frames from                 china (presuming he has paid for them), the procurement of second hand machinery for slicing lenses, and all                 the other useless and totally inadequate purchases made. He will personally write to consumers he                                 overcharged (ripped off) and in a grand token of reconciliation offer them the princely sum of 35 cents each.

3.             He will offer human sacrifice in the form of two of his most trusted confidantes namely Mr. Ian Foster Harries                   and Ms. Stephanie Lara Kleyman. Mr. Harris will be offered in exchange for personal immunity from                                   prosecution to the Inland Revenue and the banks. Mr. Harries has agreed to hand over his numerous                               properties both here and in Spain in an attempt to keep Mr. Gershfield from prison.

4.             Ms. Kleyman will be sacrifice number two. She will personally hand herself over to the Law Society with a                     pre-prepared statement acknowledging her complicity in duplicitous activities that she carried out on behalf                     her employer Mr. Gershfield. She will dissolve Zorro Law immediately and make reparation to all the                                 contractors, suppliers and former staffers admitting she used this company as a front to dupe and bully by                     using unprofessional tactics. She will fund this reparation by selling her second home in the English                                 countryside (a reward received for services rendered to Mr. Gershfield).

5.             Mr. Gershfield has guaranteed to go back over his books (if he can find the right ones) and repay all the       contractors and suppliers he previously refused to stump up for, for goods and services received. He has vowed that he is prepared to remortgage his building, and that after allowing for the existing charges of 11.5 million mortgage, 2.5 million outstanding to previous owners City Sites and a 500k overdraft, there is any equity left in this wonderful gleaming edifice in North London, it will be used to repay outstanding debts.

6.             Mr. Gershfield will offer all his trailers to charitable organisations. They of course will be expected to foot the bill in order that they can be brought up to standard and achieve the proper certification stating they are fit to be on the road.

7.             Mr. Gershfield will voluntary offer to the British authorities the location of all offshore accounts and willingly surrender the monies held there. He will further give the Guernsey authorities the details of his dealing with a certain shady lady named Jacqueline Hunter and details of their joint holdings.

8.             Mr. Gershfield will personally supervise the relocation of his father Mr. Ivor Gershfield to a suitable retirement home where he can live out his retirement posing a distinguished businessman this is to be part of his immunity (preferably to a country with no extradition treaty).

9.             Mr. Gershfield will spend the rest of his life doing good works and helping homeless people and families in crisis. He will turn Northway House into a shelter, unfortunately the tenants (what is left of them will be turned out). He will refurbish Coffee and Tease (when Barnet council allows it to reopen) as a community kitchen and have Loretta Pryor serve fresh, home cooked meals for his new friends.

10.           Mr. Gershfield will awake from this nightmare.
