Complaint Review: Aaron's rent to own Ontario oregon

I was asked by my girlfiend to go with her to Aaron's rent to own to help explain what was hapening with a washer she was purchesing. after explianing what was happening the manager told me that things brake down and were out. this is true but per the lease agreement .  I asked why they had not fixed the problem the firt time they had come to fix the washer . He said that he didn't know. then suggested that we bring it back if it wasn't working proporly. It clearly states in the lease agreement that Aaron's will fix or replace a defaulty product.   I then asked for a copy of the lease agreement ,he handed it to me. Ithen told him he was running one hell ove a scam. He again said I should bring it back. then told me i was band from the store as i walked out. He then had the police call to tell me the same thing.  I feel that Aaron's has impeeted on my right of free speach and has labled me as some kind of criminal at there store. I feel violated as an american.
