Complaint Review: Aaron's Rental Eunice

I just purchase a big screen tv, well I had to call them more than once to come and repair it I put down about four hundred dollars on it and they would not give me the fixing I needed on the tv..well they sunt me a 27 in tv in place of my other.Then the tv repair man told me it would be about 15 working days before I could get my big screen back.Now I had to call the big boss and he told them to give me another tv, the second tv came in and it didn't work,but they had just pick up a tv that someone else coukldn't pay for ,and ask me to take that one in place of mine's except I have to pay the same amount that I paid for the so call new one I had gotten..Well I don't think it's fair that I'm still going to pay the same amount for the second hand tv that I had to take or be without a tv..I think I should pay less since it was a used tv.Please help me
