Aaron's Sales And Lease Aaron's will ripp you off I pay on time and they just want fix anything Norcross Georgia
I purchase a complete living room set from Aarons on March 3, 2009. When they brought out my living room suit one of the en tables had a crack it took them 3weeks to replace the glass and the lamps that didn't work. Also along with that furniture I purchase a Grandfather clock from the Acme company since March 3rd it hasn't worked at all. It is now May 22nd and my Clock still isn't working. I made a complaint to the Corporate store more than 3times and nothing has been done. They swore the clock was new but it was missing knobs and the glass shelves this clock cost me $400.00 I pay for it faithfully and it doesnot work. The managers and the people in the store just don't help and they don't know how to fix things they sell. I am tired and fustrated with this clock. I feel I deserve better treatment than this I am so done with Aaron's.

Product Technician's fault

I used to work for Aaron's as a Product Technician, and I can tell you a lot of furniture comes disassembled. It's the job of the PT to put together the clock (I know because I"ve put them together before), and so it was likely the PT's fault it was missing pieces.
