Complaint Review: Aaron's Sales And Lease

I went to the store to get a new bed. I was told I would get it in about a week. When I did recive it about two weeks later I got a used and riped one. Every time I called I got a runaround.

So I had my boyfriend call. He was told that they did not have one in stock. That when It came in they would send it out. They also said that I would be chargerd the used price.

I then started getting leters wanting the full monthly payment. When I called I was told that I was wrong that was the price for a used bed. I let them know that my contract has that price and also say's it for a new one. I was told tuff. I now have them on my credit report for $680.00 for a used bed.
