I have been a customer of Aarons' for a few years now, and never have I ran across such an untollerable, rude, sarcastic, non-understanding, scantless individual in my at least 10-13 years of service with a rental company.

Beware, he is obviously only out to get your money no matter what the cost, and not out for us customers in the least.

I have leased a personal computer for the past 4 months now, and informed them when approached what I was looking for and interrested in, explaining exactly what I needed my computer to do,( burning DVD's) and, low and behold after asking them before I signed the contract, "Now I will be able to burn DVD's, correct?" and was told absolutely.

After delivering the computer and me not knowing much about computers, tried for about 1 1/2 month to get it to burn DVD's and no such luck. Found out I needed a DVD writable also.

I then called them back to find out that the guy that sold it to me was no longer there.( I wonder why) I then talked to someone else and plainly explained my dilema and what I was told when I got it. They then told me that they had another computer that would do that, that they could switch out to me but there was a 40.00 a month increase in payment. (No fair, misled once.)

I then approved of it and they delivered it. I asked again, "Now, I am going to be able to burn DVD's on this one, Right?" I was told yes, with no doubt.

OK, I have had this one for 1 1/2+ months and just find out that it won't burn DVD's, it only has a DVD rom. (Again misled)

Again, I call them and tell them what's wrong. I get transfered to "The Store Manager"Juaquin, which finally ends up telling me that there is nothing he can or will do unless I bring my tower down so he can see what the problem is and that he can't promise anything on a solution, after taking my money for all these months and me having a computer that still won't do what I need it to do. The final straw was when he made a really sarcastic comment to my husband telling him to go home and watch the football game and have a beer. What kind of customer service is that?

Just a word to the wise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!
