I have dealt with two different Aaron's stores one in woodland cal. and Fairfield. I am currently a customer of the store in Fairfield. i was told that the desktop computer I got was brand new and it had what i was looking for in a computer. it was a complete lie. I made one payment so far. i told them to come and get it because I looked up the computer on the Dell website and it is worth about $600.00 dollars. They charge twice as much. The store manager said i am liable for four months. I told them that i should not be liable for four months if i tell them to come and get the computer. He said then i need to bring it to them by 5 p.m or he was taking me to court and get the whole amount. i told him that I am not going to take it to him and that he should have someone come and pick it up. He said he is not wasting gas to come and get it. i said well neither am i because you guess delivered it to me and as such you should pick it up. I told him that I am not trying to keep the computer so he should tell me that he is taking me to court. He hung up on me. i called the Aarron's customer line and made a complain and a person from headquarters is going to call me and resolved the issue.
