Complaint Review: AARON VAN CURLER & BUILDING BIZ CREDIT.COM

I sent money to these guys with dreams that they would be able to help me obtain alternate monies for my new business venture.  Being that I have been taken in the past I was very cautious and did do some research before decided to do business with them but it now appears that it was not enough.

The owners name is Aaron Van Curler.  He has an assistant Named Dakota and a supposed attorney named Steve Ortega.  Usually Aaron works as the salesperson, Dakota does the filing for some credit cards and Steve is the guy that puts together the financial plans.

I first direct deposited money into their account to start the process with $899 down and $1500 upon funding.  As I did this they all of the sudden became more and more difficult to reach by phone.  Once someone finally did get back with me after a week they assured me that it was due to a backlog of business

Needless to say I did everything they asked me to do in order to get the process going.  After this it started again with not being able to reach anyone.  As it turned out about six weeks into the program they had not even set up the Nevada Corp that I paid them for.

I finally freak out and jam up their email server with mesages everyday, all day (which I highly recommend) wanting to know what is going on.  Just two days later Dakota call me and we are in a screaming match.  Dakota ends up telling me that Aaron was out of the country in a bad motorcycle accident and was not able to get into the office. 

So I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because he claims to have not been speaking to Aaron because of the injury.  When I asked how did he know he was injured Dakota told me Aarons wife.  He went on to tell me that he doesn't have a key to the office and had to call a locksmith.  WE ALL KNOW LOCKSMITHS CANT DO THAT!  I even asked why didn't the wife open the door he says she never had a key...go figure.

A couple more weeks go by and Dakota starts calling me from another number.  We apparrently start moving forward with the file.  Dakota explains to me that he is now operating as an Independant contractor on his own and he wanted to do the right thing by fullfilling my contract.  That was about three weeks ago now and we still have had nothing and no more contact.  He also gave me his personal email to send documentation to in order to get it done.

These guys are operating from the Magic Jack phone systems along with Virtual Numbers and doing a lot of Forward Calling.  They are in no way shape or form legitimate.  I have lots of documentation stating what exactly they are supposed to be doing for me with exact timelines in which everything was supposed to happen.

I forgot to mention one important thing.  Dakota claimed that he was going to be out of work and is not getting paid by Aaron because of some Credit Card Scam (Instabill) that their company has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.  I think this is boguss as well.  I will gladly join anyone else in the fight to nail these guys please feel free to contact me.

I even paid money for them to add me to Dunn and Bradstreet for my company.  They claim to have an inside contact to expedite the process to help grow credit on our companies.  The funny thing is my company still to this day does not even have a profile with D&B.

Aaron operates under 6-8 other companies which are set up with D&B to help add credit to your companies as well.  This is where the inside contact comes from in order to expedite things.
