DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE! They are a business that works with children & you would think they would make a parents experience a nice one but they do the OPPOSITE. I had simply called to get some information on their party characters for hire.

The man was completely rude by constantly interrupting by 2 questions by shouting, "LET ME FINISH! LET ME FINISH!" He was so concerned about copyright infrindgement that he abrasivley stated, " WE DO NOT HAVE CERTAIN CHARCATERS! WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!" Being the non-confrentational person I am, I simply continued to tolerate his rudeness (all for the sake of my child's party)

I asked if they served my area in southern california he shouted, "TELL ME WHAT CITY & I WILL TELL YOU!" I answered he said "NEVER HEARD OF IT SO THE ANSWER IS NO!" and hung up on me! I have a hard time believing they could make any family's party an enjoyable one.

Polite, Professional, Wonderful4 years and 8 GREAT parties and counting because of you! Thanks and God Bless Happy Kids! I wonder why the extremely happy satisfied customers like me who have written rave and deserved great reviews after using these great entertainers are some how wrong and these other "people" who have by their own admission never used the service but can only offer their opinion of the people that answer the phone, feel that enables them to determine who others should actually use and actually have at their party for the actual entertainment service and not just talk on the phone with? This "person" who is not a customer and probably your desperate over priced competition does not sound like the brightest bulb in the box. She is also being very dishonest and because we live in an age where any dumb dishonest person can say whatever they want on the internet I really wanted to set the record straight by giving the facts from a real ACTUAL customer who is not only totally satisfied but very grateful to Aarons Happy Kids Entertainment for all the joy and fun and laughs and love they have always brought to my parties for several years now.
