Aarons Rentals ripoff dishonest non caring to customer Kingston New York
I ordered a bedroom set from Aarons. Bed dresser and night table. Everything except the night table was delivered. The delivery men had no clue that there was a night table in the order. They told me Aarons would call about that situation. So i waited and waited for aarons to call. 3 weeks passed and no call. So my husband called and asked what happened to the night table we ordered. He was told it's on order. 3 months passed and no night table and no call from aarons. So we canceled the night table. A few months later my mattress started to sink in the middle. A 10 year warranty on the mattress. We called aarons again. They sent two men to look at my mattress. It took the men 30 seconds to look at it. They told me ok aarons will call you about this situation. 3 weeks passed. We called aarons about the mattress and they told us it's on order. 2 months have passed no calls from aarons. Aarons does not inform the customer at all about anything. If we didn't make all those calls to aarons nothing would have been done. But they sure are quick to call you if your payment is due. This is unprofessional. We will never do business with Aarons again. They are a horrible company or there employee's just don't give a dam about there customers.
