Complaint Review: Aarons Sales and Lease

On 4 seperate occasions they have chared my card without authorization.  The first 2 times they fixed it and took care of it.  The 3rd and 4th time they won't fix, nor will they credit my account.  I have submitted a copy of my statement 3 times now.

They sold me a kitchen table set that has chairs that keep falling apart.  When I inquired about  getting them replaced the manager said sure we can do that.  Then when another manager takes over and I ask he says "sorry no chairs have been orderd and the table is now discontinued, don't you have a handyman that can fix them?".  He offered to pay off the rest but I have yet to see that and it's been over 6 weeks.

I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and I am done!  I will never use them again.  The staff that runs that store are very rude and have no customer service skills.  They tell you one thing and promise they will note the account which never gets done and they call you every 1/2 hour.  THey start calling you before your due date to "remind" you that your payment is due.  What is that? 

I have gotten to the point that I refuse to pay the rest of my account until I get some answers and am prepared to take it to court if I have to.  I have the proof I need.  

THere is some shady activity going on at this location and as far as the company as a whole....I would say find somewhere else to shop, they rip you off anway.
