after purchasing a 60 in tv that was delivered without a remote and manual we had to make 5 phone calls and wait almost 2 months before we finally got it the problem was every time we called they gaveus a differnt reason why we had not gotten it another time my wife went in to make a payment and return a survey they asked her to fill out to save 5 dollars when she handed the survey to the "regional manager" he say he did not have any idea what it was and basically snarled at her which prompted me to stop by and proclaim my dissatisfaction at the way they treated my wife who was just doing as she thought they had asked my wife did receive a letter of apology from the store manager at the time now we have paid off the tv early and the 6 month old 1200 dollar tv needs a bulb well we did call and found out it was under warranty for 60 days after we made the last payment and we called on the 58th day

well that was five weeks ago and we are now getting a different answer every time we go or call the store and are forced to deal with childish and condescending clerks
