I'm a hard working citizen. I have a self employeed job while my fiance lives with me working a factory job. I've rented from rental places before. I've even bought stuff straight out from them as well as paying items off. I've dealt with Aarons quite a bit. I never had a issue. I've never even been denied. I moved to Lima back a few months ago. The first time I moved here went to Aarons and bought a sofa and love seat straight out. While there I also wanted to rent a fridge. They let me fill out the application. They didn't even tell me whether I was approved or not. I've never had the happen before. They usually tell me right there and usually it's always I fill out the application. Get a delivery date and price and sign papers. Nothing else.

Well, not this time. When I asked the woman when my sofa and love seat will be delivered she replied, sometime today. I call up later and a male answered the phone. When I asked where it was he said it wasn't gonna be delivered today. When I told him what the woman said he accused me of being a liar and claimed he was right there when I in fact had two other witnesses with me who could clearly state he had walked off when the woman told me this. I was highly disappointed. They later denied me. I figured heck, I could give them another shot. I filled out an application online and paid money to get a new fridge. I got a email with no reason at all was denied and said my money would be sent back to my card within seven business days. I'm angry and furious. No reason and no explaination after they took my money. They are the most disrespectful unperfessional rental place I've ever dealt with.
