Complaint Review: AARP

AARP AARP has been sending bills for subscriptions never ordered. I have sent these back as unsolicited, for the past 4 months. Today I received an envelope with "Important Notice Enclosed ", written in red, with the return address on the back. Lakewood California

I have received bills from AARP, even though I did not request any information or subscribed to their magazine. I have sent these back as unsolicited and refused, however, AARP continues to send mailings and invoices. The most recent arrived today; written in red was "Important Notice Enclosed" and the return address was on the reverse, to make it more difficult for USPS to return this. I am informed by USPS that this is not a new scam by AARP, and is a frequent ploy used on new residents to a city, or those who have changed addresses.
