I order some hair products. I was only to pay for shipping and handling and the hair products was free for just trying it out. I ordered this around Apri 6. I have a charge on my credit card bill for 131.20. I was to only be charged a smalll shipping and handling charge.

I have not received the products, neither have I heard from the company. I tried several times to call and all I get is a recorder and a busy signature. I tried to email them, but the customer service web site is not available. These people are rip offs and something needs to be done about it. I don't have money just to give away.

I don't want the products now, all I want is this money off of my credit card. Can you do something about this. These crooks have stole so many people money. Something needs to be done.

Hazel,

Contact your credit card company immediately and file a fraud complaint--merchandise not sent. All of the Ab Energizers are struggling because of the lawsuits filed against the manufacturers by the federal government.

If you waste time trying to recover money from the vendor you may lose out all together.
