I have placed an order with these people in February, got my credit card charged in March and it's mid May and I haven't seen anything from them. I cannot get ahold of there customer service via Phone or e-mail. Phones just ring and ring. I believe that if they charge my credit card, that means they have sent out the product. Very bad busienss practices. I'll have the BBB look into this company and get all the people they riped-off they're money back.
