AB Energizer did not fill my order 12 weeks after being paid on my credit card. The telephone number on my bill is fake and the website does not exist. I want a refund.

Jeanette,
AB Energizer is a target of a lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission--they've got troubles. It seems these devices dont work. They dont burn away fat or build muscle so the FTC has filed a lawsuit in CA and NV for false advertising. Youre actually lucky you didnt get it because all it delivers is pain and misery.
You must contact your credit card company and file a fraud complaint immediately. You should request a full charge back to your credit card. You only have 60 to 90 days to do this depending on your credit card issuer so don't waste time!
Good luck
