Complaint Review: AB Renovations

AB Renovations, aka Bill Norris aka Billy Ray Norris aka Norkobi Roof Scam did a substandard remoldeling project for me.  His work was sloppy and he does not use skilled licensed subcontractors but rather day labors, general handymen and possible illegals to do the work.  He did not finish the job, about 90% complete and then left me high and dry and have not heard from him since.   Unfortunately,  I have had to hire a licensed, bonded and insured professional to fix the problems he caused from the horrible work he did for me.    Also, another friend of mine that  he is working for has told me he stolen materials from my friends construction site to do my job.   It is true from the other complaint filed on this site against Billy Ray that he has a criminal record in Georgia and you should really check it out.  Video available on youtube from local news wsbtv regarding his business practices operating under the company name Norkobi Roofing.
