Complaint Review: AB Slide (aka Sylmark)

We actually were lucky enough to receive our AB-Slide which my wife and I ordered from TV, but then, a month after the first bill (credit card deduction), we were billed again (which we found out from the bank).

When we tried to call their 800 and 323 numbers, and they ring and ring forever(probably bogus).

Something needs to be done about this! A lot of good people are getting ripped-off by these shysters at Sylmark. Apparently, there's a Mark Bess who is connected with this organization, and he resides somewhere in Los Angeles from the scattered facts I was able to gather.
