All of upper management has been let go from Local Choices during the month of November without pay. This is no surprise because it has happened time and time again to all the employees which walked through the doors of Local Choices. We were simply holding out to recieve our final compensation since they do not pay on time or do give partial payment which ends up bouncing. And yes, we as management as well as a company endured many types of discrimination and scare tactics from the top, Jim Vincent followed by Dave Capreol, and at the end of the none of us got paid, old, young, black, white, korean. This probaly was not the most smart thing for them to do seeing how we know information which they don't want to get out. And f.y.i. that arbortration contract which was sign at the beginning of everyone employment which determinded if we can work for the company or not, is not a legit document because you have to be a part of a labor union to even go to abortration, the dept. of labor will tell you that.

I've only worked with him for a few weeks, an the experience was utterly ridiculous. In the morning he would randomly have unprofessional arguments with fellow co-workers. The language that he use is not appropriate for an office. He consistently leaves everyday around the same time for a few hours and returns to the office intoxicated. (That's when he really gets angry). This is only the personality part of him that is bad. the business side is worst. I found out that he has changed the name of his company many of times. WHY? Because he never produces an income. He receives investment money, once it's gone no one gets paid. Then everyone quits or get fired. After that he comes up with a new name and start all over again with new people. I have been doing alot of research on him and I have found nothing but negative articles online. These are all the company names and websites that I have came across why researching
