Complaint Review: Abc Auto...steve Geer(lawton)

I paid abc auto,steve geer,for a ford explorer2001 sixty days ago. he promise me the title in three days....no title. fraud business false promises .....

I bided on this ford explorer sport on Ebay.The sale ended dec. 31 2002 ,and i paied steve geer at abc auto 11050.25 in a casheer check. he told me he would send title in three working days. after five days i call steve ,he said its in the mail. every week i call its the same, its in the mail....NO title.
