ABC Nissan sold us a damaged car and knew it.
The Certified pre-owned Nissan Muran had never been inspected fully (like a pre-certified vehicle is suppose to be) The car was filthy, the drivers seats was broken and a back light was out.

We also found (the next morning after the purchase) that the body had been repaired - "filler" was found where the hatch back opened. Notifying ABC, they gave us the run around for 2 days but we pressed on and insisted that they put the car up on the lift to see how extensive the damage was. 3 panels had been replaced and the car's frame had been welded in two places.

Knowing how they would be liable if the sales went through they stated that they could NOT sell us the car.
Thank goodness we found the damage. They knew they had a damaged car and chose to sell it based on the CarFax report hoping the consumer would not learn about the damage.

Consumers - beware. This is an unethical way to do business. I will never do business with ABC again.
