This is absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with and would like to warn others not to do business with them ever!

I placed an order on 12/6/05 for(4)jewerly sets. I paid for all 4 jewerly sets and an open invoice thru their electronic payment service center. What a mistake. The total was $69.65. I cancelled the jewerly sets because they had been discontinued by ABC after I had already paid for them. That was on 12/15/05. I have not received reimbursement for these sets which were $12.95 each. I am due a refund of $51.80. It's been almost 2 months since the order was cancelled.

There is no reason why I have not received a refund by now. I called their customer service line on 1/10/06. What a disgrace for a company. Not only do they not have an 800 number, but I waited 45 minutes to speak with someone. He could not help me at all. I also sent an email on 1/10/06 and have to date received no respone. I then sent a fax approx. 1 week later, still no reply. I received an invoice today via email for $6.30 which I do owe, but sent another email explaining that I was not going to throw good money after bad. When I receive my refund due of $51.80, I would pay the $6.30, and not until.

Another woman in my office had the same problem. She was owed over $50.00 but she gave up! I will not! There must be some recourse. I believe a lawsuit is in order. I have spent numerous hours trying to get a reimbursement. I have tried thru every possible communication means to communicate with this company, and still nothing. By phone, email and via fax! Help!
