ABC Distributing RIPOFF, charging outrageous shipping & handling charges plus glass items come broken even when they replace them North Miami Florida
Placed an order over 3 months ago and when I finally got it all the glass items were broken plus they charged me over $20 dollars for shipping & handling charges on an order which ended up only being $31.75. This is after 4 phone calls(long distance)which I have to pay for, 2 actually live phone calls that I actually got through and having all the items deducted that were broken. I would NOT recommend anyone using this company without first looking into it!!!! They don't tell you about the shipping and handling until after you order!!!! It has taken me over 3 months to get just this one order straighten out and then they also shipped out another order to me that I have already canceled over 1 month ago!!!! Now I have to worry about sending those boxes back once they get to me!!!!!
