Abc Distributing ripoff customer service a joke busy signal or put on hold November order never recieved Miami Florida
I placed an order in October only to never recieve it. It is now Dec. 6th. I have repeatedley tried to call customer service only to get a busy signal. I finally got through today only to be put on hold the first time for 25 min. I hung up and tried again a few hours later.
Put on hold for another 20 min. Needless to say they don't have a toll free #. After numerous tries of this today I finally talked to someone that said he would send me something for my post office. the best part of this story is they keep trying to collect the money for this shipment and then I was asked if I wanted to reorder these items.. No e-mail address either but they sure needed to know where they could reach me for their money.
