This is the biggest rip-off made by a business that I have ever encountered online. We ordered several items online from ABC Distributing this year that were intended for Christmas presents. Unfortunately ABC must of thought that I was ordering for next years Christmas. The items we ordered were ordered on Dec 4 2005 which we received an email the next day from that company stating they recieved the order. Now most companies are thrilled to make a sale and will process an order within a few days. Nope, not ABC Distributing, after ten days we checked the order status and it showed that the info had been sent to Fed-ex on Dec 14 2005. Well to make a long story short, after calling ABC and sitting on hold for fifty to fourty minutes each time, we finally had to cancel our order. That is only after we had called Fed-ex to have them check on the order, which they had not even received as of this date a few days before Christmas. My Husband is a business owner, and if he ran his business like ABC Distributing does, we would surely starve to death. All I can say is people beware of this company, or maybe it would be better to order from them a year in advance. Merry Christmas to all, and may we all live and learn. Personally I feel this company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, and give them the Christmas present they so richly deserve.

abc has been in business for over fifty years and it's because we provide our customers with great values AND service. We process millions of orders each year and the number of customer complaints is infinitesimal when compared to the majority that are processed successfully. Yes problems do happen from time to time as in your case but we don't ignore our customers. As a mail order company we are extremely busy at this time of year and we apologize for the difficulty in reaching us.
