For about two weeks I've been trying to contact this company to notify them that I didn't receive a certain invoice/delivery. This company has on-line all of the different ways to order, but when it comes for the customers to contact them for not receiving merchandise...then there's THE ONLY WAY to contact them is by phone...or fax. BY FAX: I get a transmission error every time!...BY PHONE: I have been calling for two weeks, every day several times a day and the waiting time, if you connect at all is of more than 30 minutes, if you don't get disconnected in between. They have put a hold in my account and they are demaning payment...I'm not paying until they find out what happened to my shipment!
