I am a new customer to ABC Distributing. They came highly recomended. I opened my account and placed my order. The next day when I checked my order it said that everything was "Back ordered". So I cancelled the whole order and chose different merchandise. When I checked again, I got a message saying that my account was over its order limit. I didn't know how that could be because I hadn't recieved anything yet. So I tried to call them. They have very specific times when they are open and my mishaps just happen to be when they are closed-over the weekend.

Since then I have only recieved part of my order and nothing else. I had placed another order for 4 or 5 items and for some reason my order keeps getting cancelled. Most of my order I needed before Christmas and now that doesnt look as if that's going to happen. Needless to say I am very dissappointed.

If I would have just recieved the items I ordered without some Phantom canceling my orderes I would have been happy with it.

Kandie, didn't Kim from FedEx explain to you that abc DID IN FACT do what they promised which was to prepare and re-ship your order out yesterday, but that the FedEx driver did not pick up all the packages that we prepared? Didn't Kim tell you that she would follow up and make sure that the package gets picked up today so that you could get delivery tomorrow.

Kandie, there are a lot of inconsistencies with some of the things you have stated in your repeated voice mails and messages and posts online, but I'm not here to provide a rebuttal on each one. I, along with Ciro, are trying to help you to get your order. We did what was promised yesterday but unfortunately FedEx dropped the ball on us. Please, be patient one more day.

There are not "hundreds of letters" on Ripoff.com. There are only 73 and if you look at the dates they span three or four years. During these last three or four years we have processed millions of orders successfully as we have done for over fifty years. The same goes for the BBB. When they compared the volume of complaints they got with the overall volume of orders we process each year, they too agreed that we are servicing our customers.

But Kandie, I'm not saying that you are wrong and we are right. I'm not saying we are perfect. Dealing with large volumes like we do, problems do happen and more so during this time of year when we are faced with our biggest volume (more than half of our yearly sales are done within the last three months of the year!). We do everything we can to service each and every inquiry that we get. There is no deception involved and it is not fair for you to make those claims when you have been talking with us and you know we are tyring our best.

Please, check fedex.com first thing tomorrow and I'm confident that we will be on the road to successfully getting this package out to you. We will be doing the same.

ANSWER: How dare you tell ME that there are inconsistancy with what I have said. I have told nothing but the truth about this whole friggin mess that you have bestowed upon me and now that you have pissed me off for the last time..I want no more contact with you at all..From now on you will deal with my lawyer. You will be reached regarding this matter at the beginning of January 2006. I am telling you..not ASKING you to never contact me through email or any other form again..this goes to YOU personally..I will not deal with such a rotten person and someone who is very immoral. I suggest that anyone else that are having problems with this company..go elsewhere to get help because all they do are tell you different lies and stories each and every day. They want to turn everything aroung and make the customer seem like they have done something wrong. Again..I will provide help with documentation for other people who need help pursueing lawyer information. Thanks Kandie Davis

Trotwood ohio here again. December 22, 2005..I am still without my packages. I was told by Head Manager Cido that He personal would go repack my orders and put them on the Fed Ex Truck himself yesterday December 21st 2005 and that he would sent them priority overnight. Low and behold Nothing!!!!. They created another shipping label but Fed Ex did not pick up the package!! I contacted Cido today and he Guaranteed me once again that I would have the package before 5pm stateing that when Fed Ex delivers packages they make sure to deliver to COmmercial Business first then the afternoon they deliver to homes. So I contact Kim at Fed EX again and she informs me that no one has picked up the package. She contacted Cido herself for me today and states that she was informed that it will go out today...NOW..how many times will I be lied to?? Cido tells Kim that it will go out today and that I will have it GUARANTEED December 23rd 2006...OMG this is so horrid..This has been the worst Christmas ever in my life as an adult trying to purchase gifts for my children. ABC website has changed again stating that my first packages have been shipped and I will receive those December 22nd as well by 10:30am..and it is now 12:20am that day..SO there are 3 shippments out here somewhere that are suppose to be in Fed Ex hands according to ABC Distributing and I have not gotten anything at all!!!!..I would highly suggest to anyone that are even remotley thinking of ordering from these people..DO NOT DO IT!!! Specially if you are needing things at a certain time frame. They will guarantee this and that and nothing they say is the truth and I have all the proof right here printed out and I am willing to send copies of the Descrestions of their webpages to anyone who needs these to stop these people from doing this to others again. If ..thats a huge IF I receive the merchandise tomorrow *HAHA* I will come back and let everyone know..I will also continue to persue this legally as well. Again I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year..

abc has been in business for over fifty years and it's because we provide our customers with great values AND service. We process millions of orders each year and the number of customer complaints is infinitesimal when compared to the majority that are processed successfully. Yes problems do happen from time to time as in your case but we don't ignore our customers. As a mail order company we are extremely busy at this time of year and we apologize for the difficulty in reaching us.

I know that we all live in different areas but someone has got to stop these scammers. I am just imagining the look on my daughters face when she has to wake up christmas morning with no stereo. It meant the world to her to get that and it really just ticks me off to total grief. I am sorry that his has happened to you as well. What can we do? I have contacted the BBB and I am waiting to hear from them and I am also contacting The Attorney General and I am writing a letter the congress and George Bush. I will send letters until one is read and heard. I am determined to get this company shut down. The image of that hurt face is all I need.
