Complaint Review: ABC Distributing

Well....were should I start? CUSTOMER SERVICE SICKS at this company! Long distance phone number only and is always busy or huge (30+ minutes) hold time, which you pay for. Only other contact is through fax. And if it's not ordering something, the fax will not even be distributed to anyone to look at. They email you crap mail all the time, but you cannot email them. Items orderd may be "backordered" for months and finally canceled by the company. Why make a big freakin catalog for things you dont have! If I "backordered" my payment, I suppose someone would call me for my payment!

I define customer service as getting good items and service at a good reasonble price. ABC's prices may be good, but the service level shoots the value of using them right in the a**.

My advise? ****RUN!!****, Don't walk to another company to get your 'good deals.'
