I placed an order from www.abcgiftcards.com for almost $400 of gift cards on September 17, 2012. ABC Gift Cards instantly charged the full amount on my credit card. According to its website, delivery is estimated within 1-3 business days of order. However, they did not ship until September 20, 2012, after I called and e-mailed about shipping status, all without any response or anyone taking or returning my call. Finally I received an email on September 20 with a USPS tracking number.  That was the only the beginning of my nightmare. 

As of today, October 5, 2012, when I am writing this report, I still have not received my gift cards. Between September 17 and October 5, I repeatedly contacted ABC Gift Cards via the toll free number and via email. I left at least two voicemails with the merchant as well. They never picked up the phone and never returned my phone calls or voicemails. Numberous e-mails from me were also met without any response.

I had ordered the gift cards from the merchant in anticipation of purchasing items with a coupon that expires on September 30, 2012. With the advertised delivery time frame, there should be plenty of time for delivery. Instead, the merchant failed to deliver the order, repeatedly ignored my attempt to contact and seek explanation. The non-delivery also rendered my coupon useless and I would have to purchase the desired items at full price in the future. This company is a total scam. I hope buyers think before sending their hard earned money the scammer's way hoping for a mere $10 savings. It's not worth it.

There was a message on the site at time of purchase that there was a delay in shipments. If the cards arrive too late for your liking you can contact us to return the cards. If you have any other question feel free to call at 8003640488 ext 733
