ABC Processing VERY DISHONEST!! Had us sign a contract then gave us broken machine and never returned our calls or replaced the machine. Stole $855 from our bank account. Santa Clarita California

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ABC PROCESSING!!

The debit card machine that they sold us never worked and we tried for over a year to have them replace or fix the machine.

We made numerous calls to our salesman and the corporate office to get a debit card machine that worked but he never resolved the issue and no one at the corporate office ever sent anyone out or replaced the machine. We had no other option but to sign with a new company that could provide us with a working machine and provide us with decent customer service. When we went to cancel they sent us a form to fill out to cancel but it authorized them to charge us a cancellation fee. We should not have to pay a cancellation fee for a contract that they never stood behind so we sent a letter instructing them to stop embezzling money out of our bank account and that we were cancelling our account. Without our authorization they stole $855 out of our bank account in April 2009. I called our salesman, and explained to him that what they did was illegal and that if they would have taken care of the machine we wouldn't have had to go somewhere else. He basically told me tough luck. So then I made several attempts over a month to talk to the manager at the Santa Clarita office. He never once returned my calls. Based on this company's customer service they do not care about their customers, all they care about it getting them to sign a contract then embezzle money from them.

They responded in our BBB complaint that they sent us a new machine but when I asked for a date or proof they never responded so BBB had no choice but to close the complaint.

They are dishonest and all they care about is getting you to sign a rediculously long contract and then not provide any customer service.
