Complaint Review: ABC TANK CLEANING SERVICES

Short and to the point
*Own a two family home in the Bronx.
*All month (December) the tenants complained that they had no heat and hot water
*Had my oil company technician come out about 4-5 times (each time they would reset the system) 12/14/07 oil delivery 228 gallons at 3.34 per gallon. Do the math.
*At the request and recommendation of my oil company(New Age fuel Oilgreat people!!! never had a problem with them) I had to call a company to clean out the tank.
*ABC tank Cleaning Company came to my house on 12/21/07 exactly one week after the 228 gallon delivery remember that for an entire week the system was not working....
*when the ABC tech calls me to confirm he is there (I was at work) he tells me that I only have about 10 gallons of oil left... hmmmmm that seems odd I just had a delivery last week... the plot thickens....
*I call New age to confirm the last delivery and to advise of the need for an urgent delivery... meanwhile my cell phone rings with a proposal that was too good to be true...
*The tech offered to fill up my tank on The DL (down low) if I kept my mouth shut to his boss... "Wow!" I say, that is almost 75% discount "WOW"...
At this point Im a bit apprehensive because either NEW AGE did NOT deliver the amount of Oil they claim or the Very mice tech now present in my house is doing me the HUGE FAVOR of RESELLING ME MY OWN OIL BACK!!!!
FAST FORWARD to 12/26/07
I called New age since they recommended this people to me to begin with, they were very apologetic and promised to resolve the situatuin with the company..

I called the company and spoke to "Donna" who couldnt help me because her father passed away (my condolonces)
I will keep you guys updated I will allow this family to grieve and I placed a STOP payment on the check jsut to make sure we are on the same page I want a REFUND of the OIL stolen Out of my TAnk.
