I went to the store and tried to purchase a big screen tv, the ad stated instant savings on big screen tvs, $50 off all tvs $499-$998. The tv I purchased was tagged at$579, so I asked for my additional $50 off, the manager & I went back and forth over the ad and he just said he wasn't taking anything else off and how much the tv originally cost.

I aslo showed him where the ad clearly stated "Double Deals" save even more w/a package deal, when you purchase 2 or more products, and he just said he did not care what the ad said, the tv was marked down over $400 and he wasn't taking anything else off. So I told him ok, just apply my money to the tv @$579 and I'll take my purchases to best buy who would honor my ABC's ad for my washer/dryer stack unit & my range, he simply did not care.

He said ok and cancelled my order for the range and stack unit. He allowed me to walk out, with the company losing a $1,500 + sale over $50.
