Complaint Review: ABC Warehouse

They called me and asked if I wanted to buy an extension to my TV warranty that was about to expire. I said I would only purchase it if it covered a burn in my screen from leaving the TV on pause. She said it would definitely cover it. The warranty cost $180.00 so I told her I would have to talk to my husband and call her back. My husband agreed only if it would take care of the pause lines burned into the TV screen. I called back and confirmed again that this was the case- very clear about what I would want fixed. She assured me it would be covered so we bought the extension to the warranty. I was going to wait right up until this extension expired because my son leave the TV on pause still but after three months decided to go ahead and have it fixed. Not only was it not covered, the store and warrantee department were hostel and I did not even get a refund! LIARS and CONS!
