Case # 978.949 ABCC Drilling LLC aka Roland White has been placed for immediate collections/litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc. This company owes my client $773.16, and has refused to settle this debt as agreed.
This company has stolen my clients services, and now refuses to pay or respond. Therefore we wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT of Services. Be advised, I am forming a creditors committee against this business so if this debtor also owes YOU money, contact ACI- Asset Collections Inc- Portland, OR to be added to the list of creditors.
This debt has been owed since aug of 2013. The case is actively in collections, and if the debtor pays the debt off, I will adjust this report accordingly, but to-date, he has lied about payment, made settlement offers, and NOT followed thru, and we are starting a full asset and liability investigation.
Pay the Bill, I'll adjust this rip off report to show the debt has been resolved.

I would like to report that ABCC Drilling has paid this debt, I have released this case from my office, as SETTLMENT IN FULL.
This customer has made payment agreement, the fgunds have been recedived, and I want to repiort that he has taken care of this obligation.
Thank you for paying my client, I have released your case from collections.

This rebuattal is fabricated, and absoluitely untruthfull, ABCC offered to pay 600.00 to settle, a debt for 773.00, which was approved, however, he NEVER PAID, nor has this company even made an effort to pay. He then, said he will not pay 600, and offered tro settle for 500, and AGAIN< NO MONEY was paid. This above is a flat out LIE. $300 has NEVER been received, nor agreed upon.
This is a debtor company who is actively in collections for the full amount of $773.16. Pay ther 500 you agreed to and I'll release your case. Until then you will be actively pursued to the fullest extent.

To Whom it may concern
We are refutting these allogations against our company based on previous talks with Asset Collections.
We feel we do not owe this bill, when last spoke to Asset Collections we had settled the bill for $300.00 and was concidered paid in full. Assest Collections was very unprofessional in handling this matter cause they never followed up with a receipt and in clearing the account with them.
We urge consumers to be aware of Assest Collections cause their word concidered by us to be no good.
