Complaint Review: Abc distributing

After not receiving the merchandise ordered for three months I finally received it, but not from the company. It was delivered to a church in another town.

I tried e-mail, regular mail and telephone calls to return the merchandise. After several attempts, I reached a REAL person by telephone. She advised me to hold the merchandise until she sent me a prepaid label.

I received the label and called FED EX, as directed. They picked up the merchandise. I have been receiving bills and threats from abc distributing LLC, every since they received the merchandise.
