After seeing their commercial play all day long on the Baby TV channel, I was convinced that this was a good, legitamate company. Even though my daughter was a little young (2 yrs), she's very smart and tech savvy so I thought it would be worth the investment. I signed up for the free trial and quickly realized that my daughter was still too young to really enjoy all of the activities. I decided to cancel and then maybe purchase it again when she's a little older.

Firstly, they don't make it easy cancel and I realize now that that is on purpose. You cannot find a customer service number for them, they force you to do it through their website. Well, lo and behold, after cancelling through their website I am STILL getting charged MONTHS later. When you try contacting customer support they make you do it through their website and claim someone will get back to you...except they don't mention HOW they will get back to you (email, phone, etc).

I did a google search for a phone number and suprisingly they have one, but it gave me a recording that no one was available to take my call at this time and to call back during their business hours. I was calling during their business hours so this made me even more suspicious of this company. I started looking up reviews and found them listed on Ripoff Report, etc and it seems that everyone is complaining about the exact same issue.

They are scammers. What I realized after all of this is that they are able to get away with ripping people off by requiring you to cancel on their website and then changing it on their end and claiming the account was never canceled. I noticed that my account looked totally active when I went back to their website to see why I had been charged after going through the cancelation process. They must have reactivated the account or something that way when (or if) I ever get a hold of someone to dispute the charges they can say that the account was never canceled. They don't send you a receipt of cancellation or anything as proof that it was cancelled.

Bottom line: STAY FAR, FAR WAY!!
