ABCMouse.com Rip off Educational site, Refuse to refund money after failing to cancel account Glendale California Internet
I opened an ABCMouse.com account in December 2015. After my kids played on it for 10 minutes, they were disinterested and it turned out to be a waste, so I went into cancel it. I cancelled the account before the trial period was up. I then received 3 different chanrges on the 4th of January. I sent a email through their online portal because a number was impossible to find. I never received a response or a refund. I then received another change on February 4th for the same three charges. I sent another email through the portal and FINALLY found a number. It's 1800633-3331. I sat on hold for 45 min and never got to speak to anyone. They do have an option to have them call you back, so the second time I called I opted for this option. They finally called back 7 hours later. They refused to refund the money and swore they sent a repose to my inquirys twice. That's funny...I never got an email. While on the phone I asked for a confirmation email that the account had been cancelled. The first time she sent it through I didn't get it. I told her I was going to stay on the phone until I had confirmation. She then had to have the email sent from another email account she said. Surprise surprise, I had not received any of their "responses" either. Their emails don't send. The lady's name I spoke to was Pam and her supervisor was Alex. This business is a joke, they have horrible communication, no customer service. I would never recommend this to anyone!! AND THEY CHARGED ME THREE TIMES EACH MONTH! NOT EVEN THE ONE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO!!!
