ABCO Technology ripoff company charged but when no service was provided refuses to refund deposit. Los Angeles California

back in august I wanted to go back to school and get computer certifications I talked to Yan J. who promised that I was at the right place and charged my CC $500.00. a month later before I even went to one class I got a job far away from the campus and found a different school. I called and left a message for Yan several times for two weeks and several email but no return call or return emails.

I finally received a email from Yan several weeks later stating:

subject RE: Request for refund

"I apologize for my delayed reply. I have been in New York for the majority of this month and am returning back to the office this weekend. I will contact my accounting service as soon as I return to expedite the process. Thank you for your patience in the matter."

I have never received a call up to this date December 14 from Yan or anyone from that company.

I called three weeks ago and talked to dir of Finance who appologized and said that a check would be cut and mailed out the following monday I waited till Wednesday that week I called back and the receptionist stated that they only write checks once a months which conflicked with what I was told by the director.

all I have gotten is the run around and lies. I would never recommend this company to anybody and I will make sure that anybody I talk to knows not to attend Abco Technologies they have no problem taking your money but don't refund your money.
