Ordered an ABENERGIZER, it was a piece of crap (should have known) I returned it & confirmed that they received the return on 2-16-02. They say a refund was processed that same day. Have not seen anything yet. My credit card company has not received any notice of pending refund. It is now 4-2-02 and I have called them 5 times (keep trying eventually they will answer. I had to hold while the phone rang for 20 minutes more than once)
Their story changes every time first it was refund in 30 days.
Then it was 15-21 business days. Then 45 days. I called today and I'm now up to 60 days for a refund, that was supposedly processed on 2-16-02. Yeah right. This company sucks.
