I ordered the AbEnergizer on Decmber 16, 2001 and received an instant reply in my email that the order would be delivered in 2 weeks. My credit card was immediately charged. On January 18, I inquired and was told the time would be a minimum of 6-8 weeks. My order finally arrived on February 8, eight weeks after my order was placed.

I ordered the standard AbEnergizer plus an additional 2 pack unit for a total of $107.75. I never received the additional 2 pack stimulator.

My daughter and I both tried the AbEnergizer. We found it extremely bulky and difficult to achieve a snug fit. We both received areas of broken skin at the contact points even while using the gel.

On March 25th I returned the unit along with a letter stating why I was returning the unit and requesting a full refund including the additional taxes and postage on the products never received. To date I have not received a return on my money. The phone number they provide would require someone to take a day off work to get through and then you would consider yourself lucky.

I have since spoken with a Physical Therapist and have learned that constant electrical stimulation of the muscle will actually break down the muscle tissue.
