Complaint Review: ABENERGIZER

ABENERGIZER RIP-OFF DID NOT COMPLETELY FILL MY ORDER. OUT A LOT OF MONEY, USLESS ITEM California California

On 1-07-02 I ordered by phone when seen on TV the Abenergizer. Cost $188.00 and that included a 2 year waarranty on the power units. My credit card was charged immediately. Received part of my order on 2-14-02. Four power units were missing.

I e-mailed them at www.customerservice@familyproductsllc.com on 2-18-02, 2-23-02 and never heard from them.

I called 888-517-4227 and talked to a gentleman but I do not have the man's name in front of me. He said my order would be going out in 2 weeks, so of course I believed him and ordered 2 more bottles of the gel. I asked to order 3 bottles but he said since I had to wait so long that they would include a bottle free with my 4 power units they owed me, and would ship the 2 bottles of gel to me and I would receive them in a few days. I did not receive anything.

I tried many times to call and all I got was a busy signal. On 3-20-02 I e-mailed the above address again concerning my order and the order I placed for the gel, and to this day I have not heard from anyone and I can not reach them by phone.

I just returned from an emergency trip to Fla for my daughter's pancreas surgery. I just tried calling the above number and it said 33-4 which means my phone number has been blocked from calling that number or that number no longer exists.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how I could get my money back from this company or get my missing order and my gel order immediately. I can not use the abenergizer without the gel.
