Aberdeen Financial Associates, Associates Appraisal Group, Tim Rosen, Adam Rosen, Ray Hutchens Private Money Loan Scam Nationwide
I found Aberdeen Financial Associates on the Internet while seeking private investors for the rehab of real estate. Terms were great, loan was verbally approved and I was "on my way". All Tim Rosen requested was a desktop appraisal from Ray Hutchens and sent me a letter of intent to loan the money. Tim Rosen would not roll the $400 appraisal into the loan and Ray Hutchens had to be paid prior to releasing the appraisal. They act like they don't know each other very well.
I did recieve the appraisal (no one else will accept it) via email. As the close date approached for the property, Tim Rosen quit responding to emails and the phone # on his website has been changed or disconnected. Long story short I am scrambling for funds to complete my deal, have lost $400 and risk losing my earnest money because of them. Tired of SCAMS.
